East Feliciana, West Feliciana, and portions of East Baton Rouge
From Baton Rouge, take the Southern/Metro Airport exit which will take you to the Plank Rd. exit and you will arrive on Harding Blvd. Stay on Harding until you get to Plank Rd. and take a left. Stay on Plank Rd. until you get to Clinton. The office is on the left immediately past Hwy. 63, and just before the Jett’s Food Mart.
From St. Francisville, take Hwy. 10 East and stay on this road until you get to Clinton. Take a right on Plank Rd., the office is on the right past Jett’s Food Mart and just before Hwy. 63.
Feliciana District supervises probation and parole cases in East and West Feliciana Parishes as well as East Baton Rouge Parish zip codes 70714, 70739, 70770, 70791, 70807, 70811, 70818. Feliciana District supervises approximately 1,200 offenders; including 68 convicted of sex offenses, approximately 100 adjudicated not guilty by reason of insanity and 280 violent offenders.
Feliciana District monitors and assists two transitional work program facilities located in East and West Feliciana parishes. There are two state institutions located within its jurisdiction: Dixon Correctional Institute and Louisiana State Penitentiary. To support successful reintegration, officers conduct pre-release meetings with inmates at Dixon Correctional Institute.
Feliciana District has dedicated officers assigned to the 20th Judicial District Court, where they attend and monitor court proceedings weekly, providing information and recommendations as needed.
Additionally, Feliciana District supervises approximately 100 cases within the Eastern Louisiana Mental Health System and Villa Feliciana Medical Complex. Officers conduct monthly contacts with both offenders and staff at these facilities, ensuring compliance and safety.
Beyond case supervision, Feliciana District Probation and Parole Officers perform a variety of essential duties within the Department. Some serve as trainers, instructing in firearms, defensive tactics, and First Aid/CPR. Others are members of the Special Response Team, manage specialized caseloads, coordinate special duties, or contribute to various departmental committees.
